Good Afternoon,
Not sure if anybody has heard of this before. It seems from a couple searches that there has been the internet boogieman of clomid causing a false positive for benzo's.
I am only taking RC clomid from a board sponsor, and Anafuse. Both of which during my research were supposed...
Sets of 10 was what we did back in high school during gym class. Usually it was 4, but my lifting coach was more about us doing circuits on machines instead of barbell lifting too so there is that...
Honestly, all of the different rep ranges have their uses. My strength coach likes to blast an...
Its about building a solid strength foundation and honestly it is the best bang for the buck, at least for me, with my time constraints. Also it gives someone new to lifting a solid simple program. Before I heard about that I was randomly picking exercise with zero idea of what I was doing..
Do swings in addition to deads. It preserved a ton of strength in my posterior chain when I wasn't lifting at all. Mind you my numbers aren't big to begin with so you might need a heavier bell than I used. I have a 54 lb currently.
There are a bunch of threads on this topic already and everyone has their preference. I'm personally going to look towards 5/3/1 and boring but big.....in like a year.
I pull conventional and I feel it in the hamstrings and glutes, back being secondary. Maybe when people think of legs they are thinking mostly about quads? I don't know. It's a flawed logic if so. Everyone has different leverages too so how it feels might be different for me, than for someone...
I use the app instead of bringing a pen and notepad. It actually has progression to 5/3/1 and such built in after so many missed lift attempts. With that said I know people that rock strong lifts, or any other number of 5x5 programs for 2 years without switching. Good luck. Looking forward to...
I go the opposite route with large/tough cuts of meat and use a pressure cooker. You can have a healthy no flour beef stew ready to go in an hour. More prep time than cook time. You can do quick ribs that way too. Whole chickens, trurkey breasts...your choice.
What are you body fat wise? I always hear different things but from personal experience at a higher body fat level I can do cardio without overly effecting strength progression. If you're getting into the teens and single digits maybe you would not want to do fasted. Best advice I usually see is...
You could always attempt adding 200-300 calories (as simple as a few eggs/egg whites) on lifting days in addition to your usual diet and monitor for two weeks and adjust accordingly.
Personally, I wouldn't change anything unless you start missing a few sessions or start to feel like you're regressing. My personal struggle is since it is a progression program you WANT to keep getting stronger and it spoils you at first.
We are in the same ballpark and doing the same workout for the most part. I was down to 203 from 226 as of yesterday. I am doing either 2 a days or cardio on off days and its usually a mix of row machine and stair master for that. Since you are on a program you at least have something to gauge...
Already there. My participation in this forum stopped, and gym stopped after I needed new shoes(only excuse I needed). Found any excuse to be home really. The kettlebell preserved my deadlift to an extent and helped me condition at home leading up to my return to the gym. Now my daughter asks to...
Thats awesome. I wish my gym was open earlier so if I could nail waking up at 4 I wouldn't have to rush to be in by 6:30. Ideally I would be at work by 5:30 but nope.
My gym opens at 5 AM so it depends on the day what I try to do. I am also trying to cut for my wedding in a few weeks and the trip to Mexico the following month. Today I was up at 4:30 AM, hit the gym at 5 for my normal 5x5. Company policy dictates that I now HAVE to take lunch at least 3 days a...
I would still not drink at all as if nothing else it is detrimintal. I am personally running an andro blend and a larger epiandro dose. No anger issues, no sides really so far. Going a full 8 weeks myself.
Im curious to know if people doing 5x5 or 5/3/1 type workouts do anything diffrent on something as light as an andro/epiandro cycle personally. I have attempted to take a rest day but i end up pretty tired the next day so dont bother.
