You have to realize also that dosing is very specific to each person. There is unfortunately no one size fits all dose. Even steroid and protein require different doses for body weight.
I have filed I believe 15-20 NDIs in the past 4 years or so. The FDA objections are absurd. There doesn't even seem to be a provision to allow them to do that.
Once I finish law school I will most certainly file suit inquiring about the legality of their objections however that will be a few...
I agree with Pat Arnold. D-aspartic acid doesn't work well unless it is the aspartate form. Wasn't a study just released showing Daa to be ineffective?
Stick with monohydrate. It's the best for bulking and ergogenic effects. The rest are a waste IMHO
After 20 years monohydrate still dominates and there is nothing better. It has a 99% absorption rate and is well studied. Other forms are simply inferior.
Very simple win...just post the article or paper showing it to be in plants. Even circumstantial would be better than nothing.
I haven't looked at the compound at all just saying if it is natural then there should be no issue with it.
Anyone have the studies?
It's not the best for strength but the joint lubrication should be great for powerlifters. That is probably the biggest challenge for powerlifting...fighting inflamation
