    Ya, that's normal. I've been taking it on and off for over a year now. I call it " "the adderllin chills". That effect is not always felt though, more often than not I don't get that effect. Hits me differently a lot of the time. The thermo effect always seems to be there though.

    I'd play around with the dosing and see how ya do. People sensitive to stims will have trouble sleeping if taken too late. The thermo effect can be pretty intense for me at times.

    160mg's caffeine because of the Guarana in there too. Guarana is also a source of Theophylline and theobromine. Adderllin is really more of an herbal product with things added in like b-12 at 1,000mcg's etc... Unlike many products because this is mainly herbal there are more natural chemicals...
