Sorry if this has already been addressed, but I'm just wondering when it would be most accurate to measure meat. Before or after cooking? I googled it but too many conflicting opinions. Just now I made chicken breasts and measured 8oz after I cooked it. What's the right way?
Sorry let me rephrase, not studies but something I read. I googled either raspberry ketones or capsicum and ended up reading something like too much can lead to something.
I'm taking Nimbus Reform which contains capsimax. I have a bunch of Raspberry Ketone bottles from the New year's sale that I want to throw in, should there be anything to worry about combining the two? They basically have the same effects right?
Makes you wonder about hundreds of years ago. The diet was basically low carb high fat and protein. Meat from kills, and carbs from various fruits and wheat. Maybe they were doing it right!
Are you set on PLCAR? NutraKey ALCAR is cheap and contains plenty servings. Another cheap BCAA is RecoverPro, tastes better too. I use SNS cit mal and Nutra cit mal and can vouch for both.
Missed the insider, subscribed a little late. Still ordered two bottles anyways from the website lol had some money to spend since I didn't go all out for nutras New year's sale.
Thanks guys for the suggestions. Finally got it to look and taste pretty decent. Added some honey on top! Also any tips on keeping it from rising too high?
