To each his own. Like i said, if i can afford it, ill get the good stuff, but i have no doubt that the walmart brand is perfectly safe and effective and nothing, so far, suggest that it isnt
I have to disagree. Fiber has too many functions to be considered negligible. I read a statistic somewhere that most Americans barely get half the recommended fiber daily. Fiber, in moderation, is great stuff and i would not exclude it unless your getting in lots of fiber in every other meal already
the fiber in brown rice will help keep you fuller longer and brown rice retains much of its nutrients compared to white rice, though i suppose that is not really that important for slimming.
There should be very little difference unless that brand gives you the ****s lol. The real thing i would question is how clean the cheap brand is but i have not found and random nasty ****, have not been sick, and have not had the ****s so it works for me. If i could splurge and get the good...
Now whats your problem with what addidtives? I dont see any additives in there that could possibly hinder absoption except maybe cellulose gum which is a commonly used thickener and i serious doubt it will bind to the protein. Now i dont know if they have to specify whether or not they are just...
your body is digesting the powder. Whey is the most bio available protein so what makes you think the spray drying process used in Body Fortress's whey concentrate makes their whey any less digestible than anyone elses?
when it comes to muscle fuel carbs are carbs. Some are just a lot more likely to be stored as fat than others. It is a great bulking carb source so eat up
The only really difference between the two is the brown rice is partially milled and there for retains much of its fiber. So yes for slimming, brown rice will be your better option. Also there protein content is not really any different as far as what you can digest but i could be wrong on that...
Man not only is it overprice where i live but all we get is choclate, vanilla, and strawberry, and they all blow in the flavor department. I usually buy choclate and mix it with coffee and milk.
Your not getting through airport security anymore but who the hell cares when you have the power run where ever you want without fatigue. Show me any other product that can provided results like that.
Man that **** is 15bucks in any walmart ive been to in GA. 5lbs of Nutrapro for 30 bucks is a good deal to me. Also comparing whey to protein in bark is not the same as comparing whey from two different companies.
