    7-OXO is more readily available and will quickly convert to those metabolites anyway. Is there any data to suggest the reduced analogs have any additional benefits? I didn't see anything that stuck out.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "just limit effects" but epicatechin is a myostatin inhibitor. It's possible some effects may be slightly localized but the effects are overall more systemic. Apply to clean dry skin anywhere the skin is thinner, more vascular for best absorption. Hopefully...
