Androsterone most likely but it's theoretically possibly for those metabolites to have come from several compounds.

if there are 5a and 5b metabolites, it may have more likely been DHEA and/or 4-DHEA or even 4-AD if you're going back that far.
Sorry for the delay getting back to this. Basically, when I first looked into it, I thought there could be an issue with toxicity but it looks like that's only a particular, synthetic form of vitamin K. I'll look in to adding it once we run through the current batch.
I've gotten PB powder at Costco but it was a while ago. Their cheese is pretty good where I am but options are limited. I like the sliced havarti for sandwiches (or just snacking) and the English cheddar for cheese and crackers and recipes. (or just snacking)
I asked the woman who handles mine (most often) and she says the size is whatever as long as they're not SUPER saggy. Just one woman's opinion but I shall continue to gather data points. For science!
I wouldn't worry about that too much. When I was testing it I found that it kept my baseline blood sugar lower on average but it didn't lead to sudden drops.
