    The old man, when he's on, he's on. For so many years there have been guys that never quite made it due to their shorter stature and size. He's proven that it can be done. Would have loved to see Lambrada, Lewis, Ray, or even Lavronie (sp) take it back in the day.

    6:30, 10:30, and 3:30. And there is no such thing as too much caffeine when you teach all day :shocked: And yes, lets see some apps! The reviews on Prod have been great. I'd like to see a few more reviews myself.

    For ****s n giggles I'd love to see what this would be like to stack Prodigy with Thermadex. AM - 1 Therm, Lunch - 1 Therm, 3:30ish Prod I'll add the results to my Thermadex log as soon as it gets started. I presume that these would create one hell of an energized day.

    He's got the height and if he can get the separation in his legs to be top notch, I can see him giving anyone a run. McMillian is my dark horse favorite, if he does compete. At 6'1 and with all that size he's got, he's another where conditioning could be a huge factor.

    Yep. I love the 'on' feeling. September is just going to be a long, lame month with nothing. I've just got to wait it out until Dec. then I'm planning on that first AH/AL run for a full 8 weeks. Now if I could only hit fast forward and get there!

    One week on basics... Arrgh. I'm feeling pretty normal. Regular soreness. Strength is up for the most part which is good. Once the PNI log starts, I'll link it here for those that want to cruise along for the ride.
