Agreed some people get afraid to eat like you need to grow. As long as your eating good foods and putting in the time at the gym your going to gain mostly muscle.
If you want to bulk you need to change thing up. You also need to know your limits. Lift big and work hard but don't over train. You should be able to hit the weights harder when bulking if your getting enough food and rest.
I think the best bulking tip is plan your meals in advance. If your trying to get that many calories on the go you'll make poor food choices. Then you'll end up adding more fat then muscle.
I'm currently looking for a new job ( just got laid off because I don't want to move) I'm seriously thinking of getting some of this for those first few weeks of trying to learn a new job.
Might have to try that next time I'm in Pittsburgh. I always like going to church works brewery.
My number 1 bulk food is hot Italian sausage. I can eat a couple pounds a day. Another good tip is alway be prepared. Especially when bulking try and keep some good food or snack around all the...
I basically spent a summer doing that lol and stayed lean. But I was 19 and doing Hvac install where I worked in attics that where over 160 degrees all summer.
Some great advice. Makes me wish I was always on a bulk.lol
Another simple thing I like to do to add calories is Whole Milk. I know it not for everyone but it has a lot of great nutrients and about 1 gram of protein per oz. I'll bring a gallon to work and drink a few cups a day instead of water.
