    Is there any yohembine in nitramine? Every time i take a pre with that stuff in it, i feel like im close to being sick. Im looking for more focus in a pre then crazy energy. Perhaps this is the one?

    Tried focus xt. Fantastic flavoring, especially the cotton candy. Only downside for me was terrible batheoom issues whenever i used it. I just purchased some pre surge. Havent tried it yet, but perhaps its someting you can check out.

    Ok guys... i just picked up a 30 oz premium lecithin granules for $17 at vitamin world. Its got vitamin worlds brand on the tub. Is this any good, or should i have ordered the fearn brand?

    Yes im still in the basement gym. Ha! I did order the iforce bundle off of nutra, but wondered if anyone had tried it yet. Im always there for about 3:30, after work.
