Just wanted to get your thoughts on a versatile home gym that meets the following criteria or at least hits a few of them lol:
1. Doesn't tear up carpet or scratch the floor.
2. I can do multiple upper and lower body exercises with respectable amount of resistance. (I'm not a power lifter or...
If you're not out in the sun for at least 15min a day it's probably a good idea to supplement it. Check your multi's (or other supps) as a lot of them now include a decent amount.
Switched it up to some iced coffee this morning... I'm noticing that the cissus and ashwagandha definitely do not mix as well in the iced coffee... I ruined a good cup of iced coffee :(
I think it depends on the brand you get. Recently picked up some livelong brand cissus and can actually get it to mix pretty well in the coffee after stirring for a minute. Even with the ashwagandha there's no clumps or anything.
Lol it's a habit for me to drink coffee in the morning so I kinda just lumped this in for the sake of ease and so I remember to get it in. Also it masks the taste of both supps pretty well considering I got 2.5g of each in there. I'd throw them in with a protein shake but I've been cutting back...
Also wondering if anyone has more human studies on ashwagandha? This particular article claims a lot of benefits (based on animal studies) and I'm wondering how much of it translates to people.

Hey guys, recently started using coffee with a little bit of splenda to get down my bulk ashwagandha and cissus in the AM. Just curious if the hot coffee might degrade these supps at all? Anyone else do this?
Have you tried any other alternatives?? SAD lights or tanning, ashwagandha and various other supplements may be able to help you push through a troubling time. Also speaking with a psychologist/psychiatrist may be helpful in getting to the root of the issues. Keeping busy and active can also...
Lol Vit C is a staple anyways... Right now i got multi, fish oil, ginseng, ginger, vit a (beta carotene) and zinc all being stacked along with the greens lol. Basically everything but the kitchen sink.
Ashwagandha, tongkat, boron... Viron already has both tongkat and boron, ashwagandha is relatively cheap as a bulk powder and has a lot of other benefits as well.
I've recently picked up a greens supplement to supplement my veggie intake (or lack their of lol)... I'm hoping it will keep my immune system strong while push myself a little harder at the gym. I've been noticing I get sick whenever I start feeling good and step up my training.
