    Movement Based Training

Do you do/recommend any direct arm work? Also what do you think about adding in shrugs and face-pulls? Which days would you recommend adding them to? Thanks again for all of your help with this and answering all of my questions!

    Movement Based Training

^^^ Thanks a lot! I am excited to see how this goes! With all of the ancillary work, would you suggest going to failure or stopping short of that point? I was thinking taking it to failure might cause issues with recovery for the next workout, thoughts?

    quality muscle or all water?

Usually you do end up loosing a little. DZINE allows your muscles to store more glycogen, when you come off your muscles can not store as much glycogen as when you were on. Unless you are able to add lean mass in your pct, you are more than likely going to loose a small amount of weight.

    quality muscle or all water?

If your diet/training is good you should be able to maintain more than 5lbs after pct. There are a lot of guys who are up 10-15lbs after pct who had proper pct/diet/training.

Chronic low back injuries- Need routine/advice

Ok thanks. When you say the shoulder joint should be in line w/ the bar, would that be where the arms would be perpendicular to the floor? Also, how long do you think i should wait before adding the deadlifts back into the routine?

How do you do the "giant sets" he describes in his program? Do you do one set from each exercise then move onto the next exercise for one set until all sets are completed?

I also use myfitnesspal. I love it! My diet was always a weak area for me until I started using it and really tracking every bite I took.

Chronic low back injuries- Need routine/advice

Thats how Ripptoe teaches it in Starting Strength. On pg.123 he says " In the starting position, the shoulders will be in front of the bar".He goes on to say that the shoulders stay in front of the bar until the bar passes the knees. Is that not how I should be doing it?
