  1. Best pre workout powder

I like White Flood as a good all around Pre. I take 1 scoop of that with 2 RPM caps and 9 grams Citruline Malate.
  2. Favorite BCAA powder?

Probably the other stuff in the preworkout, or possibly placebo.
  3. Cutting info for a n00b

One of the more difficult things with a cut is maintaining or gaining strength. Low reps at heavy weights are better for strength gains. Also, I just find a lower volume to work better while at a calorie deficit.
  4. PES Protein Flavor - The Peoples Choice

I for one would love a protein thats not a shake but more of a drink, thin, fruit flavored of some sort and drinkable enough to be refreshing and actually quench thirst. Something you could drink with a salad or meal.
  5. Lg sciences ph-17

How would PH-17 and Decasarm stack for a summer lean bulk/strength run? And would OTC PCT be good enough for an 8 week run using directed dosing for each? Thinking of this combo after a badly needed, nice long spring cut.
  6. Night Time Fat Burner

Vanillean for thermo and Reduce XT for cortisol would be a fairly inexpensive combo hitting most of you points of interest. I think Reduce XT might even help with sleep as a bonus.
  7. USPlabs VERSA-1

Oh, one other thing to note. I have read a few people have experienced a thermogenic effect, especially when taking faster. Most notably Coopers review talked about this in detail. I have not noticed this effect so far during my run.
  8. USPlabs VERSA-1

Two biggest effects after 2 weeks of use are appetite is through the roof (more so than Anabeta which also makes me very hungry), and an increase in DOMs. I normally hardly ever feel sore after lifting, but lately since taking Versa1 I have felt some soreness either the night of (I lift early...
  9. Best pre workout powder

I will give an example. Coryceps. I have used Cordygen5 with great results as a stand alone product. It has a lot of benefits taken pre workout. But no preworkout formulas I have used have contained it. I personally see much more preworkout benefits to using cordyceps preworkout than creatine or...
  10. Best pre workout powder

I get what your saying. But Beta Alanine, for instance. I take it every day, if I train or not. So even if my pre has it (and its probably underdosed anyhow), I still need to buy a supply to take on the days I don't use a pre. So the convienence factor is gone.
  11. Best pre workout powder

Its not a huge deal to me if they are in a pre or not, as far as the timing of dosing is concerned. My reason for preferring to leave them out is more of a logistical one as far as the formulation goes. A company is trying to make a certain product for a specific role while trying to hit a price...
  12. Best pre workout powder

I will answer for him...none. Same with Beta Alanine for that matter.
  13. Fat burners???

Alphamine is the real deal. I would put its fat burning properties equal to ECA (for me anyhow), but the extra ingredients for muscle preservation are what makes it a winner. I used it on a recomp when it first came out, had a really sloppy diet due to some personal issues and not having much...
  14. Alphamine

I agree. I have used all of the above except Vanillean and the TTA. I will add the TTA after a few weeks.
  15. Alphamine

Cool, i guess i will buy them then. Thanks!
  16. Alphamine

I don't normally quote myself, but Ihave a question. A friend has 2 bottles of SNS TTA-500 (has been discontinued) that hes going to sell my for 30 bucks for both. I have heard great things about this product, would I be able to add it to the above stack?
  17. Alphamine

How was your workout with Versa-1 and Alphamine? Going to do this when I get to my 2nd bottle of Versa-1.
  18. Favorite BCAA powder?

If i was to use one, I think BCAAs and some electrolytes with a small amount of carbs would be sufficient. I bet adding BCAAs to slightly watered down Gatorade would work just as well as any expensive intraworkout product.
  19. Favorite BCAA powder?

I think you missed my point. I don't mind that its there. But I would rather that stuff be left out, so that more stuff that actually is conducive to being taken before working out can be put in. A preworkout, IMO, should have preworkout stuff in it. Same for an intraworkout for that matter...
  20. Favorite BCAA powder?

I like the tingles also. I would just prefer my pre workout to contain ingredients that are helpful preworkout. BA, for instance, i take everyday. So i would still need to buy a supply to take on non workout days, and the convenience you are talking about is gone in that situation. Leaving out...
