I live in Arkansas. I am blessed with nature all around me. Me and the wife get cheap ass produce and meat at our local walmart because they buy local.
Yeah. However...chicken is the BEST right now for pure cost/lb. 1.70 to 1.90 a lb where I live.
However...you can cook up lamb to be damn good with a hearty soup and fish and rice cakes or fish and potatos are one of the most yummy meals out there period. Salute my UK BROTHERS IN IRON
Some of the ingredients are not properly dosed. Mainly the blend but not bad. I will say I'm a big fan of pika, alpha y and 3,5
I will however say that them using DNP in the name is a bait tactic that is tact less. Shame on them.
Well....I mean a dose dependant reduction of thyroid function coupled with INCREASED cortisol that "may lead to weight gain after discontinuation of the drug.
You don't have to worry about it if you quit it 2 weeks before your diet ends. A lot of people tend to start reverse diet or slowly...
From my research clen seems to be safe for short term use. Same with albuterol.
However. I would NOT recommend for a drug free athlete. Mainly due to over all lethargy, feeling of well being , weight loss in the significant range and metabolic rebound accompanied by these 2.
Just my opinion...
I take in 4100 calories. I however opt for a slow cooker. Turn on ,go to work/school and Come back to anywhere from 1000 to 2500 calories. Cheaper too!

Cardio doesn't kill gains. Poor diet ,training and inconsistencies kill gains. If you want to do cardio,do it. It can actually benefit a bulk but it seems you're looking at a recomp. Which is slower progress (for most )
I think estrogen in healthy men shouldn't be screwed with.
It also gave me terrible dry joint feeling when I had tried it before.
I know a lot more about hormones now and feel that an AI during a bulk or a cut can be counter productive.
Just my opinion I'm sure I'll catch crap for.
You're getting fit. That's it.
If you're a noobie that helps too.
Once you go down to 10% bodyfat (for most people ) those strength increases go away. Also...if you lose a significant amount of weight ( 10 20 for shorter people and 30 to 40 if you're over 6 ft)
