  4. Should I dose Arachadonic Acid on off-days?

    I had a slight headache the first couple of times with ARA. 2-3 workouts later and it was gone. Can't say for sure if it was the ARA that was giving me headaches, but if it's not too bad maybe try 4 caps for a couple of workouts and then bump it up to 6 again.

    Haha. You and me both.. :) Tried 2 caps AT2 prewo today and just had the most amazing workout!! Definitely gonna keep stacking it. Regarding AT2 - is it better to dose 2 caps in the AM or is it fine prewo in the afternoon?

    Yes, dosing 1 cap with both my Alphamine doses. Going to try to up to 2 caps AT2 with my prewo so I get 3 caps total per day.
