    This would all be subjective though. DC training is the complete opposite of this where you're only doing 5 total worksets each workout, 1 per bodypart.

    That should be very doable. I just finished my first 4 weeks of m drol and my strength skyrocketed. You just have to push yourself, not only physically, but mentally.

    Wouldn't the gains be hard to keep from these short cycles? Seems like a lot of people that run short PH cycles such as mdrol for 4 weeks lose most of their gains.
