You'll be okay with some extra carbs. Might hold some extra water, but as long as you monitor the weight gains as water then there isn't an issue.
A refeed day is a scheduled day that you consume a much higher calorie level than normal during dieting. Maybe shoot for a refeed day once per week...
I recently came to the point, even with an advanced diet style, where I couldn't break a plateau. Sometimes the body just gets to the point where it isn't gonna let you lose more weight. Thyroid slows down and leptin gets outta whack from extended dieting.
Did you have refeed days during your...
I'm intrigued by this thread. My PCT in several weeks has both Nolvadex and Erase Pro. I also have Erase. I didn't really think about there being an issue with using both together
I was gonna run Nolva at 20/20/10/10 and Erase Pro at the 1 cap dosage throughout.
SERM
DAA
Erase
AnaBeta Elite
+ staples

Morning: 2xOEP, 1xAT2, 1xErase
PREwo: 2xAT2, 1xOEP
I prefer taking fat burners before my workout. This is especially helpful if you train fasted.
4 weeks. No gyno issues. The Erase Pro is an aromatase inhibitor, it will prevent estrogen symptons such as gyno. The Erase Pro stacked with DAA will create a good increase in testosterone while blocking estrogen and controling cortison. Great combo!
Consider the Erase Pro and as a DAA source...
Alright... Interesting things to report.
I'm currently taking a supplement that is known to cause dry joints at times. In the past this supplement has caused my joints to ache and gave me a bit of trouble in that regard.
I haven't experienced any joint issues this time around with the same...
