    I'm nearing the end of my first bottle and my libido is higher than normal(I'm only 25) I've had a bit of sleeping issues as well but nothing unbearable, my caffeine intake is only about 5 hours from bed time though. The main think I've noticed is my physique is much harder and full looking.

    I basically binge ate for 3 days during Christmas time away from work and the gym and defuse+slintensity was a life saver. My weight was 189.2 lbs before and then the last day of over eating was 198.6. I woke up 2 days later back at 190.1

    From the natural route I've have my best gains with Myosynergy Elite+BMP, ArA+ ABE, and I've never tried granules but PA products have done well for me.

    Yes I realize that, I may be to young to reap the full benefits but I went ahead and purchased testruction because it had the EU and butea included in it. They had an incredible effect on my over motivation and mood as well as libido.
