    Have you tried the mp pre yet? It’s got a realy good profile, I remember being surprised the first time I saw it.

    Improved skin and sleep is the biggest benefit I noticed, lots of good info if you look up ray peat articles. You can get a bit of brain fog from it at times though if dosed high. Taurine and glycine is a great combo health wise.

    Pretty happy right now, $105 (+$40 UK shipping) for 6 tubs so under $150, sorted for 6 months!!! To get a good EAA product in the UK would cost me $270-$310 for 6 months and there’s none as good as Eaa max imo.
