    Yeah I should have said it’s full blitz that’s harder to get, a1 have it so gonna try them. I can get vasoblitz all over the UK now so it’s great but I think because of the y in full blitz that’s the issue.

    Tried smashberry Eaa max today for the first time, this is the best supplement I’ve tasted ever. Not what I thought it was going to be so very surprised, it’s more like blue raspberry.

    Think I will give hydro a go too. What I like about Eaa max and some others is the label discloses each amount of the aminos, hydro doesn’t do that. It’s not all about how many eaa’s have been packed in, there’s some aminos I would like high and some low.

    Your spot on actually. It’s weird to see as my calf is vanishing on my injured leg and on my “good” leg the calf is always pumped 😂 but yeah the knee is taking a beating due to compensation.

    Would love to know how you get on with these, my right knee is pissing me off right now and 6 weeks ago I destroyed my ankle and ligaments so been looking at rehaband gear for my knee and ankle. 35 and falling apart :(
