Not exactly, I've seen lee priest videos where he says he almost never trains abs directly, also said if he does he doesn't use weight. Everyone has abs, as long as they are as big as you want them to be you don't really need to train them. -

All the SERMs I've used were capsules or tablets but yes they also come in liquid form, you just drink it. I've been told by friends who used it that it's usually better mixed with some water since it burns a little going down. -

Yeah 4ad is very under dosed I ran it at 4 caps ed when I used it, 800mg, 5 would work good too though. Most non methyl compounds need high doses like that to be effective (4ad, stano, furaza). -

I was about 165 IIRC, I took cycle assist/multi/fish oil and PCT was torem/erase/daa I always try to keep it simple. If you want to add something in for liver protection I've used purus labs organ shield in other cycles and I like it, has NAC which has studies done on it proving it helps with liver. -

4AD is a good suggestion too, didn't think about that. Ran it with SD and loved it, kept libido up and my back pumps weren't as bad as on hdrol either which I believe was all because of the 4ad. -

I don't know much about protodrol or delta 2 honestly, but I do know that for gaining on a beginner cycle you can't go wrong with halodrol. If you were doing 50mg of a compound each day and that compound is 25mg per pill it would be best to split it up into two dosages because of the short half life of most DS/PH. I used nolva for one week at 20mg ed when i got what felt like a small hard bump under my left nip on test 500/w, symptoms went away and after they did I went to .5 adex ed and dropped the nolva. -

I've only used torem or nolva with adex. Torem/adex from RC and nolva with different adex from online lab. I preferred the nolva and second adex I got. Am I allowed to say which lab on here? Not the site I ordered from just the brand name I mean. -

Yeah he's young and dumb. Injected so much sh*t in his arm he basically exploded it internally, he missed the show he was supposed to do after the contra costa because of it. He does know some stuff, but he acts smarter than he is. -

Drop the furaza and add two more tabs of 4ad ed it will be gtg. No need for it with the stano, plus at those doses it won't do anything anyway. -

Hdrol could potentially cause some pretty bad back pumps, probably fine if at 50-75mgs though. Really the best thing you could take is probably low dose test with EQ I would think(unless I'm thinking of something else EQ increases red blood cells and thus endurance), but if you don't want to pin...
