Agreed. I'd focus on nutrition and cardio (implementing/increasing when needed) for now and save the supplements as an extra tool, once you are leaner and progress may be starting to slow.

No actually. My current bag is just a big open space (with a couple pockets) that I toss some ice packs in, but it can hold a lot. I generally only need to bring 3 meals with me at at time though, so this should work out great.
It's the one GDA that I've always had on hand since first trying it, whether using any or not (always have ALA as a single ingredient too) and was recommended by my current MD coach as well. There's also other ingredients/GDAs that I combine with it occasionally when I want a stronger effect...
Ha yeah, I thought about mentioning that I wouldn't recommend eating the same to most, unless the goal was be fat lol.
