It's interesting to see how different areas of the country handle snow. Based on that pic, I'd be surprised if there were school or business delays/closings here. That said, I wouldn't think your delivery would be delayed much, if the storm has already passed.

Using independent handles for the reverse grip pressdowns allowed me to freely move and turn my wrists a bit, unlike when using a straight bar. The slight change provided a stronger contraction. Invalid Link Removed

Here's a couple exercises from a recent arm session. This cable curl variation provided a stronger contraction and felt much more effective than curls done standing upright facing the tower. The angle and being able to start the movement with my arms back made the difference. Invalid Link...

Yeah, I feel no pressure. It does provide a solid range of motion, good angle, and contraction though.

Thanks Simon. There's some bumps and a skin fold where I'm guessing the mesh was sewn in, along with scarring, but I suppose it looks better than before ha. Most likely in the next few weeks. Everything outside of work was put on hold since starting the new job. That said, I'm going to quit...

    The epic food porn thread

I believe they didn't change the ingredients (still soluble corn fiber), but tried different mixes to improve taste and texture.

My left side tends to take over on many back movements involving the use of both arms and one bar, attachment, rope, etc. at once , which has resulted in my right lat lagging behind in size. That said, using dual cables took care of that issue when performing straight arm pulldowns. Invalid...

I'm finally getting back to training with a little intensity (still not 100%), after weeks of no training at all and another week of light machine work. Here's a few different exercises that I tried during today's back session. I did some experimenting with different equipment and angles to...

    Staple supps of 2016

Sorry, I missed your post originally. Yeah, I've used both, but find ALA effective so I stick with it. AVC is a must for me when calories get high and I'm eating constantly. Without it, I'm dealing with heart burn all day.

Anyone following a John Meadow's Mountain Dog Program?

I used omega beam for my last prep and it was one of my favorites.

I have not. I usually stick with cheaper stuff or add in caps, but will check it out.

2016 comp season featuring Mountain Dog, Bossbody, Superdrol and lots of awesome

Not bad man. I'm just getting back to training at a decent level this week after umbilical hernia surgery last month. I'm not sure what shows at this point (earliest would be fall), but the plan is to be a solid HW. I decided to try working with a coach for the first time and have been with AB...

I've seen people comment, but they don't post on public forums very often, if at all. There are also a good number of people that are trying to build brotherhood in the sport and stay away from negativity.
