The initial study was done on 27 year old men. It increased T by 30 percent. I think peak of T levels is from mid teens to mid-to late 20s depending on each person. Isnt it a 2% decline every year after 30? So if it raised it in men who where near their peaks I think you revright it would raise...
It's one of the few that has science to back it up. I'd stay away from preworkouts Like that say they have it because it's under dosed if it's not 3g and generally they have it in a "blend" so they don't have to disclose actual dosing.
no problem man. I was eating at maintenance because I was trying to lean out more for a photo shoot. I started at 185 10.9%bf finished at 192 6.1bf I did take a diuretic and lost most of my water weight. Don't recommend it unless your competing. After pct 192 and 7.3%bf. I was logging it but I...
In my opinion yes and try pumping to 50 the last 2 weeks if it is not your first time. It can be really harsh if you don't take your support supps though.

Epi generally takes 2 weeks to kick in. 20 is a really low dose, i'd go 30 your first week. 40 was the "sweet spot" for me. 50 I was extremely strong but the sides kicked in even with support supps. It was my first time taking it though.
I have a chem lab site which i trust for my serms but I'm interested in trying 1GF-1 LR3 pending further research, but my question now is whether the ones from chem lab sites are legit.
Thanks man I take Gaba as well. The real thing is super expensive but it works. 90 bucks a month for minimal edge is not what I'm looking for. Do you get yours from a chem lab site or supplier?
