My favorites are White Flood v2, and SuperPump Max. MP Assault didn't do much for me but it is still a solid profile. I want to try the following; Craze, Friction, and SAN Fierce Domination

This may have already been brought up, but has anyone hypothesized on what sort of mechanism in the body that the anacyclus pyrethrum causes the increased thirst/hunger and subsequent urination? Seems like increasing human's hunger sensation is rather difficult and not well understood (Ghrelin)

Reason - Was way too skinny, lacked a regular hobby. Had a friend show me the ropes. I'm addicted to the routine, from making a pre-workout then blasting some music, feeling the rush and the pump, then going home to some protein
Day 4 report. Dosing regimen - 2 caps empty stomach when I wake up. 2 caps pre-workout. 2 caps 90 min after last meal.
Did legs last night, and back today. I have definitely noticed increased vascularity during both workouts, I think its also increasing my pump to some degree especially...
It has a good profile, but I agree that its underdosed, considering it consists of l-dopa, the same ingredient as anabeta, and the same ingredient as licogenix, yet only has 625mg per pill. These three main ingredients need to be dosed much higher. Zinc and D3 are great but you should already...

I haven't tried p6 but I am familiar with it. I like the formula overall, but some of the ingredients are likely under-dosed/outdated. I want to know what ingredients are included that justify the $120 retail price! Nice job getting one for free

Are there any articles that show the effect of low calorie diets on muscle mass? I'd be curious to know what kind of calorie deficit actually resulted in muscle loss.
I have a hard time falling asleep at night and Ive tried a few sleep supps. I got little results from ZMA. Animal PM had a very pronounced effect on falling asleep quicker, deep/restful sleep and I performed better at work which was is a great benefit.
