The cool part about Xtreme Shock is it's not a heavy stim. Remember stims constrict blood vessels and a lot of preworkouts put ingredients to open up blood vessels but if the are heavy stimmed the blood vessels are condtricted so the added ingredients do what open them up back to normal at best...- ddubbs
