I received 3 sample packets of the HyperMax XT in Watermelon flavor. I used it over 2 workouts: 1 packet on the first one, 1.5 on the second workout. My thoughts:
Mixability: Mixed perfectly with just a few shakes of my shaker. No issues here.

Oh, yea I left that out. Yea I eat between 8-8:30 most days. I was just wondering if what I eat is considered sizable enough to forgo the BCAA's intra workout.

I'm 31, 6' and currently 182 lb, athletic build. Recently moved into a new home (with that has come some renovations etc) and have a 6-week old baby girl at the house, so sleep (recovery) has been hard to come by these last 8 weeks. Nutrition has suffered as well. Needless to say, so...
That was the general consensus for a LONG time - fast carbs and protein needed PWO for insulin spike etc. That's why I was asking though. It appears more recent research has proved otherwise.
