First time using the 2 at once this morning - this worked just fine. Another question - Im using Phosphatidyl Serine in the morning and evening, total of 400mg - is this still ok if Im using the abliderate? Or should I stop / use only in the evening / reduce dosage? Cheers. -

nah I'd ordered last week around the same time as Abliderate so at least one will get through. Not sure if it will get stopped given it's not an oral form of supplementation or if they just plump miss it. Damn I hope so. -

I'd read a lot of things which said caffeine had potentially positive effects on memory, but i doubt it was dosed this high lol ._.
