I've recently had to switch to morning training due to time constraint, I wake up at 445am take my pre that I mixed the night before, then go shave and put my contacts in, the I run down stairs and hit the weights (home gym) after I'm done I eat breakfast and wake my kids up for school.

For yhcl always start at a low dose like 2.5mg to make sure you tolerate it well then step up your doses slowly to try to hit .2mg / 1kg of bodyweight. So if your 75kg go with 15mg, best used in a fasted state
I think ec stack is going to be stronger for you, and definitely more appetite...
My joint stack is
Primaforce cissus
Primaforce Elastamine
Oximega fish oil
That combo seems to do me wonders, until recently it was just the first two, but last month added oximegas to the mix
On the other side of the coin ive read that eggs bioavailability is terrible unless you cook it, so basically cook your eggs for them to be good, but don't over cook them
Quick search I found this list I don't know how accurate it is, but it appears peanut protein is not great. Seems a much better source of fat then protein
Protein Source - Bio-Availability Index
Whey Protein Isolate Blends - 100-159
Whey Concentrate - 104
Whole Egg - 100
Cow's Milk - 91...
No issues, I've had blondie, snickerdoodle, and chocolate by them, but to be fair I've never had any digestive issues with any protein
Have you true many other blends, or even straight wheys or caseins, could always go with isolates if you don't tolerate regular whey
I'm getting there, for a long time I never trained fasted, then switched to it due to time constraint, it was miserable at first but it's getting better.
I imagine a lot of people try it a couple times and be like f that this sucks, which is exactly how I felt at first. As with many things I...
why not whole milk?
If it's calories your worried about I'd rather have almond milk + protein powder then 2% milk.
But above that getting the protein from actual real food beats out that as well.
Several things increase heart rate that doesn't necessarily mean you are "training your heart"
You can lift hard and heavy quite often and it's not going to be the same as doing specific cardio. Don't believe me, go for a run. If you train legs all the time you should be fine right? Right...
I've tried a few different combos but I prefer just straight mandarin, if they are really sweet adding blood oranges is a fun option
Cuts down on the sweetness and makes for a pleasing color
Hands down one of the best things I've done with my juicer was make mandarin orange juice, it's some next level stuff, if you like orange juice, have a juicer, and havnt tried this, get on it
16oz cashew milk
2tbsp natural almond butter
1 scoop ISO smooth chocolate
Ice cubes
Should end up with about 7g total carbs, depending on what brand everything you do
