    There are plenty of other multis that I find superior to CL. I'm just old forgot the names of the two I really like ha! Fish Oil is a different story. I just tend to grab the big bottle from Sams/Costco that has highest epa / dha total per ONE pill. I shoot for a gram a day of each.
