    Would this stack work well with each other or is it to much im looking at running something in about 2-3 weeks. Im trying to lean out a little more still need to drop I would say 8-10% body fat but I was to put on muscle in the right places while doing and keep gaining in the strength department.

    Ya I ran it for about 6 weeks joints started getting really sore, figured I would ease off it a bit I did get amazing results on my first cycle.

    Question I have is how long should you wait to re cycle this product? Been looking around dont see too much on this part of the product. I was thinking 2 weeks to a month but I might be wrong little help pls.

    My current workout week

    Im trying to drop weight but not loose to much Lean while doing so. I am currently running a split training routine at my gym, so I do my weight training at noon for about 30-45 mins and then in the evening between 6 and 9 for about 45mins to an hour of cardio, I also do my abs during my night...

    Ok, Ok FINALLY Starting my Epi

    I just finished a EPI cycle and now onto my post cycle now. I experience no shut down, my lifts this first week of post cycle have actually gone up 5-10 lbs.

    HELP ME INCREASE MY BENCH PRESS

    When I was in high school I did a few lift offs for the foot ball team, I competed in bench. I put up 325 at 180.     Don't think I'm eating enough

    You can bulk put on lean mass and lean out, loose weight at the same time. But if your diet isn't there you might as well just loose some weight then try to gain, but then again if your diet isn't right after dropping weight you will just put back on ****ty weight.

    New here...requesting a little help

    That not really a bi/tri workout more of a short all around upper body workout. I would youtube some bi/tri work out routines so you can get an idea of what you want to try. Also I would do more like 8-10 reps and go heavier on the weights.
