    I strength train and bodybuild, lately I've noticed taking 250grams of protein has no significant effect on my recovery to say 150g I only see a difference in more sleep, js this theory take as much protein as you can BS? Can any of you share your opinion, thanks

    True, a lot of my younger friends only train upper body and are reasonably big, still better to have a strong pair of legs and in proportion in my opinion, I seen my sprint speed go up from training legs heavy and getting stronger
