Last week I did wide dips in the middle of my chest lift, and the rest of my lifts were weaker but I felt my chest being used more.
I saw somebody else post about a delt exhaust (in the delts topic on first page).
How effective are they for building mass? My only concern right now is size (so...
grunters are ****ing annoying especially when the weight isnt that much. But high schoolers talking around a piece of equipment are the worst.
Or people who leave a bench, and return 15-20 minutes later, wondering why you're using it.
Yeah, I just remembered that my shoulder pain intensified after doing wide/chest dips. Its unfortunate, but I will be dropping this exercise.. :(
Yeah, Ill be doing light presses, I guess I just wont try to push the envelope.
Thanks for the advice. I was really bummed up about my cycle being a partial waste but looks like I can still make good gains. Interesting note about the fat!

My right shoulder is just giving me some problem - i feel pain when I work out my shoulder on presses. My right shoulder is noticeably weaker than my left. Sometimes, it hurts a little bit outside the gym/any lifting. I did snatch grip deadlifts and other back exercises, and my shoulder didnt...
i used to always call myself a hard gainer until i realized i wasnt eating enough.
eat more! eat til you feel like puking, then eat an hour later. and if you do puke, damn well better make up the calories!
What would be the effect of this? Im not advocating this to replace or any lifts, just to supplement. Sounds interesting....But also sounds kinda dumb i guess.
