  1. OLYMPUS LABS TEST1FY Q&A

Trying to revive the thread - I'm stacking Test1fy with Ignit3 for a "cut". (More like older dude getting rid of fat). Only been a few days so far, but the Ignit3 app suppression seems to still work with Test1fy, it's not hard sticking to my diet of 1800-2000 cals a day. After reading GNO's...
  2. Need to recomp - RAD140 only or Follow up with Ostarine?

By bridge, you mean right after the RAD140? I was definitely feeling the beast mode before I got the cold, has me second guessing recomp. vs bulk then cut with the Osta right afterwards. Next week is the bump to 8mg, see what happens then. :D
  3. Need to recomp - RAD140 only or Follow up with Ostarine?

Lol yeah, I've read about the lethargy after 4 weeks. Hope I don't get that. Following yates84's recommendation, 4mg a day so far. Still appear to be doing well on it. I got a cold which has made getting to the gym harder, but I've been powering through it with caffeine.
  4. Need to recomp - RAD140 only or Follow up with Ostarine?

I just started RAD140 for a recomp - actually a stack of RAD140 (Radar1ne), GW 501516 (Cardar1ne), and MK 677 (Epi-GH). Plan on taking the RAD140 for 6 weeks. It's only been 5 days, I'm up 4 pounds which must be some water but I'm getting stronger and noticed shirts are a little tighter...
  5. Thank you NutraPlanet

Sorry for the late update... Got my stuff and some good freebies. Solid! Thanks CM79 & Nutraplanet! :)
  6. LG Bulk Andro Kit + 17-pro for old guy getting back into the game?

For mostly a recomp on Radar1ne (RAD 140) and Cardar1ne (GW 501516), what you recommend for caloric intake? 500 cals over maintenance? I've looked all over, but haven't found an answer while on the SARMs. I've read a little over maintenance on workout days, a little under on rest days or 500+...
  7. Thank you NutraPlanet

Sorry bout that... Was going to update after I got my order, but since it's over the weekend it will be a bit. I gotta eat some crow, it did ship out Friday. Email seems to be best communication. Thanks to CM79 for helping out. I'll follow up when I get my stuff!

  9. Thank you NutraPlanet

I've been a long time NutraPlanet customer, and I just made another purchase. I saw many of the "NutraPlanet doesn't ship" threads, but figured they have been solid for me before. Now I'm in the "NutraPlanet doesn't ship" camp. Ordered Monday morning, paid for 2-day shipping. Hasn't shipped...
  10. LG Bulk Andro Kit + 17-pro for old guy getting back into the game?

Wow, thanks yates84. I had no idea about SARMs. They look a lot better than prohormones. I ordered a few bottles each of Radar1ne (RAD 140) and Cardar1ne (GW 501516). Sounds like a good stack. I like the sound of the RAD 140 for the high anabolic ratio, should have fewest sides, right...
  11. LG Bulk Andro Kit + 17-pro for old guy getting back into the game?

Been mostly out of the game for 10 years now, lost a lot of mass and chubbier. I want to bulk up, but I also want to lose fat as well. Best guess is that I'm just under 20% BF right now, over 40. Been at weights for a while now as well. Diet is good, I'm keeping track of that with an app on...
  12. Maca - Do you need to cycle?

OK, I had that suspicion as well. But, from what I read is that it also takes time to build up in your system and to be effective. Does it work with a weekly cycle like 5 on and 2 off that can be taken for a longer period of time? Or every day for a month or two with a few weeks to a month...
  13. Maca - Do you need to cycle?

Taking it for the libido and energy boost - does it need to be cycled? I have searched here and the web and found little info. Some say don't have to as it's a food, some say do.
  14. Help to overcome shoulder issues

Well that's not really bad news. Sucks and I understand... I doubt I will go back to benching with a bar again. Isn't worth messing up my shoulders throwing many months of progress down the drain.
  15. Help to overcome shoulder issues

Thanks for the idea, I'm going to shy away from a bar for a long time. Even the dumb bells were bothering me a bit. Only doing pushups on a Bosu ball for now, seems to be helping the shoulder stability quite a bit.
  16. Help to overcome shoulder issues

Not to jinx myself, but so far it's going well. Cressey's exercises have been working out very well. I also picked up some D-Flame online and started taking it yesterday. I also skipped benching for the past week and a half, sticking with the pushups on the half ball. That's a lot harder...
  17. Help to overcome shoulder issues

Thanks! Although I've already been doing them every other day, and it seems to be fine. :sly: I've been doing a similar exercise, so I'm already a bit used to it. I've changed up my routine, I'll see how it goes. My goal is fat loss, and getting the shoulders stable/stronger to allow for...
  18. Help to overcome shoulder issues

My doctor didn't say much, although I had to move and I've injured both shoulders many times so lifting wasn't even in consideration for the near future. I asked about getting myself to 100% for moving & he prescribed PT. As for the therapist, I've messed up my shoulders and had therapy so...
  19. Help to overcome shoulder issues

Great articles. I read the first two so far. At first I thought I was going to do mostly chest work as my chest is lagging... Even my wife said so. Now I know better, I already knew my shoulders are jacked up, but the exercises my therapist prescribed aren't enough. I plan on chest once a...
  20. Help to overcome shoulder issues

Thanks guys! I'll incorporate the face pulls into my routine, I'm sure I could use help there. Today is back & biceps so I'll start today. Found info about form and tempo, what about frequency? Like any other muscle group, or should you work them more frequently?
