    Has anyone noticed an increase in stiffness? Seems to take a few extra minutes to warm up and joints seem to ache a bit more. Test subject is 3 weeks in.

    I was randomly sneezing all day yesterday couldn't figure out why. Seems like 25mg started the allergies. Could also just be coincidence. I'll keep ya updated.

    That was My concern as well with sleeping too deep with having two kids. I'm currently taking 2 caps of Somatozine before bed and have no trouble getting up in the middle of the night.

    How are your joints holding up? Are you noticing improvement in Normal wear and tear? I've had a few nagging joint pains for a while and hoping this just eases it.
