I took 2 scoops of HV on chest and Tris day. Really good pump going, but my strength went down for some reason. Then I went home and noticed I was feeling sick. Got sick that night and still sick 2 days later. That would explain the loss of strength. But at least the pump was there.
This is why anyone who uses caffeine for performance, has to listen to their body to know how much they need. Example: some preWo I only take 1 scoop, others 1.5 depending on the mg dosage. For me 300mg is the perfect amount. I can hit the weights hard and still go to sleep at night.

No direct affect. But indirectly, if AM lets you train harder, and you choose to train that injured area, more injuries may occur. So keep doing what you're doing and don't train the areas that hurt.
I ordered my HV from TGB supps yesterday. Hope to get it by next week and I'll keep the results posted. I am currently taking 2 caps of amentomax. I will lower that to 1 cap when taking HV.
Try something with GPLC. That works the best for me, but is the most expensive. KNO3 didn't work as well, but did give some pump and for the price was the best.
If he couldn't lose weight when taking a fat burner, then he isn't dieting correctly.
