    I'm not sure your age but you could pull some really decent gains with 400 a week of test. In doing so you at least see how your body will respond.

    TomD, check out fourhourbody.com and google on some of the results and the diet. You can lose that belly weight and a lot more. PaulD nailed it. FourHB will kick that into high gear at any age.

    Cas, some of those syptoms sound like test flu when you mistakenly inject into the bloodstream. They shouldn't last for very long though. Perhaps you had another bug at the same time.

    My doc prescribed me 200 a week.. as long as all the sides are monitored closely I've always been in good shape.

    GLHF, Haven't done AAs since very early 90s. Ran a few sust/deca cycles back then and responded really well. No AAS in 20+ years. Just wanted to get a baseline formula for a blast of cyp with Deca kicker. Any suggestions on adding anything else?

    I hear you Lex and thanks for the reply. I was worried about my wife getting exposed but most of all my kids. I didnt like the idea of injections but now i can get it done quicker than brushing and flossing my teeth. Labs last week were 760 and I feel pretty darn good.
