    what mess are you talking about? i got myself up and running and my blood wrk befor the cycle (that im wks into) came out fine.i think mybe you missed what im getting at. at age 44 hrt is a good idea,as for doing cycles for mass,that to is a good idea.imdoing home work so mybe i can pull off...

    my mp3 is full of metal,slayer,over kill,priest, some times that dosen't work, for what ever reason. grateful dead is my band. i put on some dead and i just feel really clear.....yeah...i dont get it eather.

    keep up the come back bro,it can be done. i work around 3 bad discs and other back issuses, it makes legs kinda hard but ive seen big inprovements all the time,i thought id be on the bench by now. this is a great sport and much more than geting big comes out of it. work smart and know the limits...
