Prodigy is the truth with the correct amounts of ingredients, making it a sick pre workout. I feel the amount of agmatine in it already gives me a great pump. I dont know how you can enhance prodigy any more, but i like to take a thermogenic as well to help burn additional calories.
I havent read anything about cereal before bed. The longest time we dont eat a meal is when were sleeping, which is why they suggest a slower digesting protein before bed such as casein protein or cottage cheese.

I have used ON a lot and think its a good protein, but have been getting into more of the blends. Little thicker and keeps me fuller longer. Many companies have blends such as dymatize. First thing i look at is the types of proteins that are in the product and make sure the macros are low.

As stated i would see a doctor, but some things that will ease the pain would of course be fish oil. I have taken cissus before and seemed to help my joint pain. I would do both the fish oil as well as the cissus and see if that doesn't at least help some of the discomfort.
