I have to say having tried a few brands, my favourite is OptimumNutrition's 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein. Just tried it today, and the first shake of sufficient quality that did not irritate my digestion. It tastes rather nice too even with just water.
Essentially you are saying that knocking the homeostasis out of whack (sweating!) doesn't = effectiveness. Likewise, if you do not experience this in Alpha-T2, it doesn't mean it *isn't* working!
I have had no such side effects, except noticeable weight loss ( :( :p ), so it is a subtle tool...
I'm interested in this - I have a tub beside me here, yet I notice no real effects, apart from mild stamina increase and the desire to go to the toilet very fast after my workout...!!
I have been eating healthily for over 4 months now - I had my first McDonalds burger a few days ago as a cheat, and it literally went straight through me and upset my stomach. Guess no more cheats there! Suppose my body has adjusted to lower/healthier forms of nutrition now.
I am fairly new to supplements but if you want an unbiased British sample, I can be that Logger. I'm currently leaning up, but then i'll be looking to Hard/Mass. I am not on any PHs at the moment; I do have V2 AndroLean but it is currently unopened - probably keep it until after Christmas!
I noticed on gaining stronger abdominals that my belly decreased significantly - this was pre-diet changes at that point. As stated above, this is simply the stomach becoming more taught, and holding the natural mass of muscle and organs closer to the frame.

After 3 weeks i've developed minor joint discomfort in knee, elbow, wrist so dropping to 1 tablet per day of Erase. I took 2 yesterday and the discomfort was still present, hence why dropping to 1 as a maintenance cycle approach.
Has anyone any experience with this? It would appear to be a stim targeted to persons seeking fat loss.
It has a fairly standard and dare I say proven load out:
Green Tea: 500mg
Bitter Orange Peel: 420mg
Caffeine: 225mg
Cayenne: 200mg
Phenylalanine: 25mg
Green Coffee: 10mg
If this product will seriously help my intermittent digestive problems I will log it.

Thanks! I was a little skeptical since I noticed none of the ill-effects such as dripping with sweat as others have done, but that can only be a good thing, since the only effect I have noticed in the decrease in body fat... and the strengthening and firming up/retention of muscle.
