    Article: American Sniper Workout

There's another issue here though in that they would have to be careful how they pushed any supps without it seeming as though Cooper was endorsing them. You can bet your ass his agents would be all over that in a heartbeat and demand x millions of dollars for any suggestion he was putting his...

The guy in the pic has clearly got his results by cheating. Just not the cheating that's described in this article.

    Article: American Sniper Workout

All this supplement talk and it COMPLETELY fails to mention he was consuming 8,000 calories a day, which I have read in numerous articles talking about his transformation. Pretty key information if you were mad enough to follow a programme like this thinking the supplements were going to get you...

    PES Norcodrene ??

I keep it simple, as I have an indoor bike at home so do 15-30 second sprints at 100% effort, followed by 60-90 second recovery... repeat this 6-10 times. Sounds easier than it is for sure! Yeah I don't know what it is with the wheat, I'm not coeliac or anything, but if I have too much it...

    PES Norcodrene ??

Amentoflavone is the mood thing then? Can't say I felt anything. First dose, I thought I did briefly, but I think it was just anticipation as I'd read so many great things about Norco I was sure it would do something for me. Nothing complicated, just sticking to a regimented calorie controlled...

    PES Norcodrene ??

Yes I am aware of that, and have run most of these for at least 8 weeks previously and have noticed very little. Diet and exercise is by far and away the biggest influence on my body, and obviously this is the most important thing anyway. Supps have never done much for me. I've heard many pros...

    PES Norcodrene ??

What HAVEN'T I tried more like haha... let's see... Alphamine (got a slight buzz off that for first day or two, thereafter nothing), Anabeta (original), Forskolin, X-Factor Advanced, Alpha T2, Eviscerate Smolder, Absolutely Abliderated, Accelerant, Lean Xtreme, Green Tea Extract, Green Coffee...

    PES Norcodrene ??

Well, I can now report, several days in, that I can add Norcodrene to the growing list of supps that have zero effect on me. At least in terms of 'feel'. For example, I took one cap this morning on empty stomach... nothing. Then two caps this afternoon, about 3 hours after my last meal, prior to...

Surely zero carbs makes no difference. Only if it has zero carbs, protein or fat will you be OK. ;)

Is empty stomach a must for Norcodrene?

    PES Norcodrene ??

I'll try 1 cap first, but I'm usually super tolerant of most things in my experience. That said, I haven't been on anything for a while now, not even caffeine. so I'll see how it goes.

    PES Norcodrene ??

Been a while since this thread was posted in, but I have two unopened bottles of Norco that I bought a while ago, and as I'm about to go on a cut I figured time to put to use. Is there a consensus on the best dosing protocol? I typically hit the gym early/mid-afternoon every other day, and HIIT...

It's not a vacation if you're worrying too much about these things. Might as well stay at home!

    The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

Sorry if this has been asked before, but having taken X-Factor Advanced about a year ago with pretty much zero effect, I'm eyeing up the x2 bottles of original X-Factor in my draw that I got at the same time and wondering if I should even bother? Before, I was still taking Omega-3, but a good...

    Is this TOO low fat?

OK, thanks, that makes sense to me. I think what's been recommended to me hasn't taken in to account my previous experience with low fat, so that experience certainly gives me an advantage going in.

    Is this TOO low fat?

In my case though, as per the recommendations I've been given by my trainer, my fat should be at 45g, which I think is too low for me, personally. He doesn't know my own experience with this in the past. So, given this previous experience of running fats so low doesn't appear to work (for me)...

    Is this TOO low fat?

Thanks, yeah I've never gone as high 1.5g/lb protein, I usually sit around the 1g mark, and as previously mentioned my fat has been steady at around 80-90g for a while now. I've not experimented much with cycling my calories properly for some time though... last time I did was on a significant...

    Is this TOO low fat?

Yes, and lower than I'm happier going myself, having experienced the effects of that kind of level before. From your experience, would you suggest a fixed higher amount (say 65-70g for example), or cycling between lower and higher... for example when carbs are lower, fats higher, and vice versa?

    Is this TOO low fat?

Yes, it does seem similar, although when I put my figures in to that, ultimately I end up coming out with a much higher protein figure (over 250g at 1.5g/lb bw), and therefore following the carb guidelines that would push the fat down further... if I'd be cutting at the 20% recommendation, as he...
