    Standard PCT for test cycle is Clomid 50/50/50/50 AND Nolva 40/40/20/20. hCG is not to be used in PCT, it is supressive. It is used all during cycle from start, or high dose towards the end before starting PCT. You should have done proper research before starting this cycle.

    Yes it is that serious. Your HPTA did not fully recover from the previous cycle so if you go on another cycle you will just screw up your HPTA even more. You need to run a SERM again for 4-8 weeks, tapering dosage as usual. Then do blood's again.

    I have not ran clomid lower, but have heard 25/25/12.5/12.5 is ok if the side effects are too much at 50. If you can handle 25 ok I would run that for 3 weeks, then run 12.5 for 2 weeks. Clomid can be ran longer than 4 weeks, but most run it at the standard dosage.
