    I just started my 2nd week so nothing that noticeable. I switched up my diet and I've put on 2lbs which I can't say if that's from epistane or my diet but I'm sure it helped. I noticed it helped my mood but if I take a dose later at night it keeps me awake. How's yours going??

    I'm currently taking epistane 30/30/40/40/40 with cel cycle assist, I purchased liquid tamox and cel pct assist. I also plan on using erase pro during pct, for liquid tamox am I good with 20/20/10/10 or will I need a higher dose? And when should I stop taking cycle assist?
