When I was doing full body I'd pick one or two exercises and just murder them.
None of this 3x5 bullcrap for AIDS patients lol. 20-30 sets of heavy singles and doubles on BTN push press and deadlifts
You need a blood test to find out if you need on cycle support. I took steroids non-stop for the better part of 4 years and never once took any on cycle support, SERM or PCT when I stopped. I knew I didn't need it because I was actually having blood tests to check
Just taking on cycle support...
The ab wheel is all you need for complete development. Compound lifts are likely not enough. I squatted 260kg and deadlifted 280kg weighing 75kg and my midsection was very small and when lean I have next to no abdominal development. The ab wheel changed this
I probably avoid eating / taking / drinking things more than anyone else in this forum and even I take Vitamin D. It's the only thing I take
Joint pain could literally be anything. Seeing as it happens when you're going outside, it could be a histamine reaction. This is a guess though as the...
Overhead press - 42.5kg for 13 reps. Last time I did 40kg for 13 reps as well, so I am happy with this.
I did some light arms, but didn't really feel like training today, so I just left
Last night I slept 13 hours lol. Woke up today and the overtraining is definitely starting to creep up! Despite that I had an awesome workout.

In my experience the best full body routines do not train the full body every time but an upper body exercise + a lower body exercise and covering all the plains throughout the week. For example:
Day 1:
Behind the neck push press
Jump squats
Day 2:
Curl and Press
High Pulls

If you eat a kilogram of beef a day then you'll always have enough free amino acids circling in your body that you don't go catabolic - provided enough calories are given. Every hour, once a day, doesn't matter
An increase or decrease of testosterone while they are physiological ranges has zero effect on muscle or strength
Every study done on weight lifting where they measured testosterone at the same time showed no correlation between beginning, end or increases in strength
Bench Press 57.5kg for 20 reps, adding another 3 reps to the last time I did this weight.
Floor Press worked up to 70kg for 3 reps
Incline DB Bench - Pyramid with 8s until I hit 26kg
Bench Press 60kg 5x5
Dips 3 sets
Triceps pushdowns 4 sets
Skullcrushers decline 2 sets
Ass to grass squat into Jump squat worked up to 3 singles with 90kg
Leg curls worked up in 10s until I hit a failure on 10, then did two drop sets of 8 on the last set followed by a 15 second iso hold
Stiff legged deadlift 4x8 with 120kg
Leg Press kept doing sets of 10 then adding a plate each...
Today I woke up feeling like a superhero, full of energy. Took advantage and got in an extra shoulder and arms workout
Strict press: Worked up to 60kg
Strict pullups: 2 sets of 20 reps
