    I want you to stay motivated, but you need a year. A long Anavar cycle with T3 if you had the time. 500 under BMR on kcals. An hour a day on the Stairmaster 7000. Gear is a tremendous motivator. Personally, I'd be up-front with her right now and get in the gym pronto.
