    Help with bad tendonitis

I've battled this off and on for a few years now. Direct arm work is pretty much out. Chins, rows, and high pulls are about the extent of my bi work anymore, as they don't seem to aggravate it as bad. I have also taken Animal flex a few times and it seemed to help, but doesn't get much love...

That's an awesome video, man. It's amazing the things they learn to do & how they start to get their own personality in the first year. Happy birthday to the little one! My youngest boy turns one on Monday. Man it goes by too quick.

I was sick, It was testicular Cancer... "support"

Hey man, glad to hear your recovery is going so well. I'm sure it's been a hard battle. Out of curiosity what were the symptoms that the doctor missed? I always thought testicular cancer was a lump that would be pretty easy for a doctor to diagnose.

These cars do not handle like a street car does. They are actually built to steer with the gas pedal more than the steering wheel, and don't handle well under caution. If he did goose the gas it may have been a last ditch effort to try and miss him. Your vision is actually pretty limited also...

Man, it's so hard to tell who's engine that was in the video. Dirt guys are constantly revving their motor and sawing the wheel back and forth under caution to keep their tires warm and dirt from building up. Naturally they don't expect a person to be running around on the track. I thought it...

Man, it was a bad deal for sure. I go to dirt races fairly regularly, and even pitted for a few buddies in the past. (I've even been to Eldora a few times which is awesome.) You would be surprised how many times someone gets taken out and jumps out of their car to go after another guy. I'm...

Right on BigRed...my 10 year old is a softball girl too. This will be her third year in select ball. We're trying to work on batting left handed and slap hitting now since she's so small and fast. It seems like our whole summer is planned around softball. Dang Oscar...a skull fracture. Ouch...

    Wildest Pre-workout supp

The strongest pre I've ever taken was probably Double Dragon Juiced. One little scoop and there's no way I can sleep for atleast 10 hours after drinking it. Not sure if it's the yohimbe or what, but I felt a little funky for several hours after taking it.

7 miles...yikes. Good luck man! My ten year old daughter made the Premiere Soccer club, and besides practice three days a week she's supposed to jog a few days a week to get her cardio up. I've never been a runner, but it is way more enjoyable having someone to run with. I ran a mile with her...

    Wearing a weightlifting belt...

I've fought back problems off and on for years. I bought a belt a few years ago to try, and it actually seemed to make my pain worse. I'm not sure if my form got sloppy or what the deal was. The only thing I use it for now is weighted pull ups and chins.

    Unsweet tea?

I see no problem with it. I actually drink a glass of unsweetened tea with lunch everyday. For some reason I like to drink something besides water with my meals. Coffee & OJ with breakfast, tea with lunch, and milk with supper.

    finaflex 1-andro pct questions

1-andro is pretty mild. I did 4 weeks at 2 pills a day and used their PCT Revolution, Nolvadren, and bulk DAA for PCT. Any longer run or more pills and I would look into a serm.

Congrats man! I know the feeling. I'm not an emotional guy, but when my daughter was born my eyes got a little moist. They had no idea the baby was as big as he was. It's kind of funny....when he came out it looked like he had pecs already lol. I was trying to think wtf I was taking when he was...

Man, this is a great thread! It's nice to see so many good daddy's out there. I have three kids...10 year old daughter, 7 year old boy, and a 9 month old baby boy.
