Well, I consider BCAAs a staple as much as my protein mix. I get the majority of protein from food. I purposely left-out general wellness and nootropics while focusing on anything related to a lifting lifestyle.
I've always found value in these "favorites" threads. Beyond protein and a multivitamin, my top three in no particular order:
Scivation Xtend
Nimbus Poseidon
Now's EGCg
I can't imagine my day w/o any of the three, but Xtend is truly an exceptional product. Incredible for dieting. My wife...
Exceptional kids will find the public system abusive, but I strongly believe it's a net-positive for the majority of kids due to socialization. Talk to some home-school parents... I've yet to meet a normal couple who home-school their kids. No inference to you, but the social skills learned...
These guys that write fantasy like this always remind me of Tom Cruise's character in Magnolia. Some little hater with a ponytail and driving a corolla.
The moral isn't lost... rent, don't buy.
Good stuff... initial reaction is better than I had anticipated. I have a very keen sense of taste and most mineral supps are tough to get down. Poseidon goes down easy. I tried it in isolation and have now added my BCAAs. Will let you know how it goes.
