I've been using Ostarine for about a month now at 25mg/day. I just got my bloods back and my total T is over 1500. I thought Ostarine was undetectable as testosterone. My normal T is typically around 450-550 on TRT.
It's more of an estrogen channeling agent. It channels estrogen into it's weaker moabites E1 and E3. It's not as strong as a good AI. It would take a lot on-cycle to be effective. It works well off cycle however.
Ostarine should be safe. It's really just a modified steroid. Modified to be much kinder and gentler on the body. However, at higher doses it seems to lose some it's selectivity and act more like regular steroids according to the experts. I'm not sure where the 25mg max dosage comes from but...
Formestane is not effective orally. Although I love Formestane and have used it for years, I'm currently experimenting with Asin for comparison. Formerone is good stuff. I have a pretty good stash on hand.
The report you are referring to about TRT and heart problems has been debunked. A poorly designed study with many flaws. Do a little research before you stop TRT. Virtually all of the latest research supports the use of TRT to prevent heart issues and many other problems associated with aging.
I can't say that I've noticed any change in libido. Probably because I'm using in concert with TRT. Lowering estrogen too much definately affects my libido.
