    Congrats....doing good so far. Just keep the diet up. Would eat clean as possible and keep the cardio up. If you do the Sl5x5 I would do the cardio afterwards for however long you feel like and may HIIT on Sat or mix it in with cardio on non lifting days. Goodluck with your goals.

    The diet and cardio will do the job as long as the cardio is moderate to intense. Now if you want shape up the chest and other areas for when you drop the body fat just do a basic 5x5. With that you would be doing squats 3 times a week which would help burn calories. Also some HIIT would help...

    heavy 4 day split

    Like it.... Monday I would get rid of leg ext. and replace with front squat or lunges(2or 3 sets. 6-10reps) and then leg press 3xF to finish off. Tuesday looks good maybe a heavy flat bench for a couple sets. Thursday looks good also I'd just make sure cable row grip is different than bb row...
