    5/5 I been using 1 scoop intra for a 6 days now. I been mixing it in a water bottle with 12,24,32 oz of water. It mixes great and the snow cone flavor is delicious. I like the flavor and have found that it is too strong in the advised 8-16 oz. I feel the sweet spot is 32 oz. I do like it more...

    I now used it for 2 days. On leg day it help a lot with endurance. I also like the flavor...I mixed it in 24 oz and I think I can put even more water to it. It was still strong tasting...but flavor is great. Will try to fine tune it and get full review up soon.
